Hi there! I’m a 2024 graduate of Berea College with a BA in Theatre, where I focused on directing and technical theatre. Born and raised in the heart of Kentucky, I’m a proud Appalachian through and through—and I’m deeply passionate about making art that’s accessible, diverse, and affordable for Appalachia.
Right now, I’m in the process of getting my intimacy certification through Intimacy Direction and Coordination (IDC) and I’m in Phase Two of the Accumulator Program. Over the past five years, I’ve worked in directing, intimacy directing and props designing. My directing style is all about diving into the unknown. I love playing with surrealism and nontraditional approaches to storytelling and design—finding new, exciting ways to make the audience feel something real and impactful.
Though I call Lexington, Kentucky home, I’m no stranger to Rochester, NY, where I often collaborate and work. When I’m not immersed in theatre, you can find me soaking up the sunshine with my fiancé and our black cat, Crow.
I believe theatre has the power to bring communities together, spark important conversations, and share stories that are often overlooked. I’m always pushing myself to create art that’s fresh, meaningful, and true to who I am and where I come from.
